MOQ stands for “Minimum Order Quantity”. It is used to signal the minimum order someone can place with a manufacturer. It also tells you the minimum amount of product the manufacturer is willing to produce.
All products are made fresh in small batches in our Tampa, Fl location once your order is placed.

Freight is not included or “free”. We only charge you for the actual shipping charges that we incur. This amount can vary depending on how many items you order at one time and how much it weighs.
No. This is a violation of federal regulations. Our Library contains a Labeling Agreement form that must be signed by all customers.
Most of them are at least 12 months from opening.
Our manufacturing plants are GMP certified, as well as registered with the FDA.
We have several templates that you can choose from. We also can make a custom design that is unique to you. The lead time for a custom design for a private label is usually 48hrs, but the speed of the custom design process can change due to response times. Custom design is $75/hour.
Yes, you will need to supply in .ai or eps. format and we will need to review your artwork to ensure its compatible.
Our professional team ensures your product is packaged appropriately so that your product travels as safe as possible. Please note that while our processes are geared toward zero-loss quality packaging practices, we cannot be held liable when best practices have been employed. Damages have occurred due to mishandling by the carrier.
